Bắc chảo lên bếp, đun nóng dầu, cho khoai tây vào chiên giòn vớt ra để ráo. Trước khi chiên khoai, luộc sơ qua với nước muối loãng để khoai tây vàng đẹp mắt.
Cho 5g bơ vào chảo nóng, tiếp theo cho tỏi băm nhỏ vào đảo đều cho thơm. Tiếp đến cho thịt bò xay vào đảo nhanh tay và cho hành tây vào xào.
Cho hỗn hợp gia vị: 1 muỗng canh sốt ướp thịt, 2 muỗng cà phê sốt Worcestershire, 1 muỗng cà phê tương ớt, 2 muỗng canh sốt cà chua, 1 muỗng cà phê đường vào xào khi thịt chuyển màu thì nêm nếm lại vừa ăn và tắt bếp.
Vậy là món khoai tây chiên với thịt bò xào cay cay thơm ngon đã hoàn thành.
